27 Little Collins Street is Melbourne’s latest iconic mixed-use development transforming the former Military & Navy Club into a landmark 32 storey residential tower above a 5-Star Sheraton Hotel. 

Equiset Construction was selected by the Golden Age Group & Sinclair Brook to deliver the $96m flagship project through a competitive tender process in 2011. (D&C Contract)

The prestigious development located at the ‘Paris End’ of Collins Street will bring an abundance of life and excitement to the precinct. The first 15 floors offers 170 guestrooms & suites, an all day dining restaurant, bar, lobby lounge, conferencing facilities, lap pool, gym, day spa and hotel support facilities.

The upper levels include 1, 2 & 3 bedroom residential apartments and penthouses.  Residents will experience a new benchmark in service & luxury with access to the Sheraton’s premium in-house services and amenities 24 hours a day.

Construction commenced in June 2011, practical completion is programmed for January 2014.
