Initiation

Equiset was the successful tenderer for the $80million Stage 3 development of Epping plaza for Pacific Shopping Centres. 

Equiset successfully secured the project after a comprehensive and competitive tender process against six other builders.

Delivery

The Stage 3 development of Epping Plaza expanded the existing shopping centre by 26,800m2.

This included 70 specialty shops, a food court and fresh food areas, 950 underground carparks, garden foyers and extensive streetscaping.

The centre represented the latest in high-quality retail design, featuring continuous glazed barrel vaults to create light, contemporary and elegant retail environment.

The interior consists of new environmental graphics to glazing and feature veneer panels and terrazzo floor tiling throughout the mall section of the new centre. 

Work commenced in November 2005 and was completed in June 2007.
