Initiation

In 2009, Lionsville Incorporated engaged Equiset to create a development proposal for their 2.23ha site.

Concept Development

Concept Development

Equiset assembled an expert team that has assessed the market potential of the site. The team developed a proposal that meets the goals and objectives of Lionsville.

Thomson Adsett Architects have developed a concept master plan and design scheme.

The plan will transform the existing site into a state-of-the-art residential development for the aged incorporating up to 231 independent living units.

Planning application was submitted to council in July 2010

Delivery

Construction will occur in three stages:

  • Stage 1 - scheduled construction mid 2011
  • Stage 2 - scheduled construction TBC
  • Stage 3 - scheduled construction TBC

Lionsville

Essendon 

Aged care provider Lionsville Incorporated has engaged Equiset to create a development proposal for their 2.23ha property on the corner of Moreland and Pascoe Vale Roads in Essendon.

The existing facility comprises 115 independent living units, a 78-bed residential facility, an adult day care centre, a palliative care centre and three independent rental houses.

The three-stage development will create a state-of-the-art aged care facility incorporating 231 independent living units.

Thomson Addsett Architects have developed the concept master plan and design scheme, which have been submitted to the City of Moonee Valley for planning approval.

Stage 1 is scheduled to commence construction in mid-2011.
