Monarc is an outstanding residential development by Evolve located in one of Melbourne’s most sought after locations, Albert Park.

Equiset Construction won the D&C contract to deliver the 13 storey high-end residential development through a competitive tender in 2011.

The $55m project offers 228 1 & 2 bedroom apartments featuring a 6 star energy rating, 135W rooftop photovoltaic system and a rainwater harvesting for toilet flushing and irrigation.

Monarc’s architect & interior designer – SJB have seamlessly integrated quality & style throughout the development. The spacious apartment interiors take full advantage of the surrounding views of Albert Park Lake, the City & Port Phillip Bay. Each apartment includes a balcony or terrace and features expansive full length glass througout. Other features of the development include residents lounge & bar, gymnasium & lobby.

Construction commenced in July 2011 and is due for completion in July 2013.
