Rialto
At the heart of Equiset Grollo Group is Australia’s landmark office tower, the Rialto.
Jointly developed by Grollo Australia and St Martins, the Rialto was constructed by Grollo Group in 1986.
Located in Collins Street, Melbourne, the Rialto remains the tallest reinforced concrete office building in the Southern Hemisphere.
Equiset’s corporate headquarters are on Level 37 of Rialto’s South Tower. From here we enjoy uninterrupted views to many of our projects in Melbourne’s CBD and Docklands.
